Commitment Checklist and Acknowledgement *

Please read all requirements before completing the acknowledgement below:

We acknowledge commitment to Dance Development is not a yearly option and understand that by accepting this offer, my student is committing to a 3 year extension program

We acknowledge the selection of the subject of Dance is required to be selected as one of the 3 elective subjects in Years 8 and 9

We acknowledge my student is required to commit to at least one College Dance Troupe for the duration of the program

We acknowledge the Dance Development enrolment is subject to an annual levy of $150 which I am required to finalise on Parent Lounge upon completing this acceptance

We acknowledge having read and understood the commitment requirements and on behalf of my student, we wish to accept the position offered in Ignite Excellence: Dance Development from 2026-2028
