All Cast, Crew, and Orchestra members are required to complete
the commitment form prior to receiving their Rehearsal Materials
and/or the commencement of rehearsals

Costs
A levy of $345.00 for crew members and $415.00 for cast and orchestra members is payable for participation in the musical. This includes a production t-shirt, meals at all performances, all camp accommodation and meal costs, and a levy towards production expenses such as set, costume, and venue costs. You may also need to supply some items of costume such as shoes or pants.
Payment: Existing College Parents/Guardians are offered the opportunity to pay the full amount in one instalment or in 10 equal instalments of $34.50 each for crew members and $41.50 each for cast and orchestra members. Part payments may be made when most convenient to families, however regular payments are encouraged with the final instalment to be received no later than Wednesday 22 June 2022. For parents/guardians of students starting at Grace in 2024, unfortunately we are unable to offer partial payment options until access to Parent Lounge is provided to new families in Week 1 of Term 1 2024.
Rehearsal Schedule
Please download the rehearsal schedule and keep a copy on your fridge or noticeboard at home. Students must attend all rehearsals. Please make special note of the following:
Musical Camp - 23-24 March
Extended Friday rehearsals - 8 March and 22 March 3:15pm - 9:00pm
Saturday Rehearsal - 2 March, and then 16 March if required
Commitment, and the 3 Strikes policy:
Apologies in writing to the Producer & the staff member/s in charge of the missed rehearsal are required.
Three Explained absences from rehearsal are allowed before your role in the musical is reviewed.
Additional absences may be approved at the discretion of the Producer.
Any Musical production is a huge team effort, and requires a lot of work from each individual. Every position in the show, no matter how “big” or “small” is important. We need everyone committed - we rely on everyone’s contribution - so that we are the best we can be!
